Stall Holder booking Terms & Conditions
Important. All traders must email info.pmmevents@gmail.com before paying for an Event. This
is to verify that there are no multiple stalls the same and that the correct PLI cover is held.
1. All spaces must be paid for in advance of the Event.
2. Bookings are not transferable unless by agreement with PMM Events.
3. In view of any cancelation/s, Refunds will not be given within 14 days of the Event except
in extreme circumstances.
4. Traders must hold £5,000,000 PLI and submit a copy of current certificate via email to
info.pmmevents@gmail.com on completion of booking. If the Event you have booked falls
outside the current valid dates, you will be asked to send another when due.
5. At its discretion PMM Events will only allow 2 traders in the same category at each event.
(ie: jewellery/candles etc)
6. In the event that PMM Events has to cancel the Event, (for whatever reason) traders will
have their fee Credited towards a future event.
Trading space is restricted to 6’ table (single space) 12’ 2x tables (double space). You are
responsible for your own stock and equipment. Do not block any gaps or project forwards
of the line of tables. Please store all excess stock/empty boxes behind or under the tables.
Time and thought goes into deciding where traders will be positioned at the event. I
respectfully ask that you do not change tables allocated to you. Prior to the event I’m
happy to try and accommodate traders who want to be located next to each other.
When unloading please be respectful of other traders when accessing the Service Yard.
